Child Safety Standards

1. Our commitment

Dançaria has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, behaviour or contact that sexualises, endangers or exploits a minor are strictly prohibited on our platform, without exception.

These standards apply to everyone who uses Dançaria — dancers, teachers, studios and event organisers alike — and to every surface of the app: posts, comments, profiles, event and class listings.

2. Who can use Dançaria

Dançaria is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, as stated in our Terms of Service.

When we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we remove it and delete the associated data.

3. What is prohibited

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material
• Sexualising a minor in text, images, video or 3D content
• Grooming: building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes
• Sextortion, or threatening to publish intimate material of a minor
• Offering, advertising or seeking a minor for sexual purposes, including trafficking
• Using Dançaria to make contact with a minor for any of the purposes above

4. How to report

You can also block a user from the same menu. Blocking is immediate and independent of the report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for calling the police.

5. What happens after a report

1. Every report enters a moderation queue reviewed by our team, normally within 24 hours.
2. Content reported as child sexual abuse is prioritised over all other report categories.
3. Confirmed content is removed and the account is terminated permanently, with no appeal.
4. We preserve the relevant data and account records as required to support an investigation.
5. We report to the competent authorities, as described in section 6.

Nothing is deleted automatically on the basis of a report alone: a human reviews each one, so that reporting cannot be used as a weapon against another user.

6. Reporting to authorities

When we confirm child sexual abuse material or conduct on Dançaria, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to the competent authority in the country concerned — including the Swedish Police Authority (Polismyndigheten) and, in Brazil, the Federal Police and the Ministério Público.

We comply with lawful requests from those authorities and retain the material only as long as required to support their work.
